My guest post about the toddler who loves running around naked is up at Authentic Parenting. Go check it out.
Mieka, our toddler, loves unbuttoning and unzipping her clothes and taking it all of. To try to put it back on immediately afterwards. Or simply just running around in the nude is a great pass time...
What are your thoughts about letting your toddler roam around in the nude?

My twin toddlers loved running up and down the hallways nude, especially after their bath. Come to think of it my dog does this too. Are they really that different? hahahaha Seriously, my thoughts are that nudity feels good to a toddler. I love letting them feel and act the way they want, before the constraints of society force them to conform.
ReplyDeleteI have no problem with toddlers running around in their birthday suits if it is in the safety and privacy of your own home. There is so many sicko's out there that I would feel uncomfortable allowing it in public.
ReplyDeleteWhen my son turned 18 months old last year, he figured out how to undress himself and this is how everything started. We tried everything to prevent him from undressing but nothing really worked. It was cute at the beginning but can be very messy. Anyone who has kids knows what I am talking about. That was the reason that I designed strip-free rompers, just to catch a break during the day. This is the link to our website and I hope that I will be able to help more moms out there.
