The ABBA Show - CC Emperor's |
That's exactly what we did! The ABBA Show is a real treat. It's on at Emperor's Palace until 10 February. Who does not know the music of ABBA? We all grew up with it. Even Gen Xrs know their music. Hubby and I had a great date night on Friday. I made sure I had all the ABBA on our sound systems before we did the drive to the South, and it was more than worth it.Relive the ABBA Concert experience
— Karen du Toit (@karentoittoit) January 18, 2019The world's premier live ABBA tribute band is a full-scale concert production. The ABBA Show features more than two hours of fun, energetic musical performances with a live backing band. They encourages participation from the audience, which the audience reacted to with great gusto and vibe. We are amazed that the costumes are exact replicas of the originals replica costumes.(The photo gallery afterwards confirmed it!) It is a first class-production with theatrical lighting, FX and all the ABBA dancing one can possible fathom. The internationally acclaimed entertainers are stunning. Well done!
If you were not a fan before the time, you will be fan after this. For most of us it is the first glimpse into a real-live ABBA Show, and it is totally believable! We were back in the 70s, and Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad were totally rocking it through the impersonators.
