The headaches of what to put in the school lunch-box starts again tomorrow. As soon as I think I have found the perfect combination, our Miss gets bored with it, and it comes back uneaten. I am regularly one of those parents telling their children about children without any food. The children in war-torn countries, and the children in Africa, and the children who does not have parents...
And all we get is the blank stare...

We were invited to the re-launch of Yo-Jelly in South Africa. It was at Bounce Inc. at Waterfall Centre in Midrand on Saturday. Miss had a great time, and she was so excited about Yo-Jelly. Because "Now you can finally buy Yo-Jelly for me." She was always telling me to buy it in the shops, because "the other children gets it in their lunch-boxes". But it was just too much sugar to even consider it. Luckily they have revamped the taste with added vitamins, with less sugar, and more milk.
Danone Yo-Jelly is unique for more than being South Africa’s only yoghurt and jelly treat. It is a rare instance of complete agreement between mom and kid because moms can trust its nutritional value while kids love its great taste. Now made with 11 added vitamins, 30% more milk and 30% less sugar, moms get the peace of mind of knowing that their kids are getting the nutrients growing bodies need daily while the kids are able to enjoy a treat bursting with flavour.  With kid-loved flavours like strawberry, granadilla, crème soda and pineapple, Danone Yo-Jelly is unique for more than being South Africa’s only yoghurt and jelly treat. Miss loves it even more, and mom has to agree that it is very tasty. I believe in moderation of everything, and the upgraded version of Yo-Jelly that is more healthy will be a welcome ingredient in the lunch-box dilemma.
